The Vision
Beauty products often sell abstract ideas like "glow" or "freshness," which can be tough to communicate quickly without words. My goal for this project was to bring the product's key ingredient—the Vitamin C Gold Complex—to life through tangible visual metaphors. I wanted the look development to feel ultra-clean, premium, and instantly trustworthy, capturing a viewer's attention on a busy street or metro platform within a split second.

Technical Execution
The entire campaign was engineered in Cinema 4D and rendered using Octane. For cosmetics, the absolute highest priority is material accuracy—if the plastic, glass, or cream texture looks artificial, the premium feel evaporates. I spent a lot of time calibrating the yellow glass translucent properties of the jar and creating custom HDRI lighting to ensure the gold spheres cast clean, realistic reflections.
To streamline production, I structured the scene file as a flexible layout system. This meant I could effortlessly reframe and re-render the exact same high-fidelity assets across wildly different aspect ratios—moving from wide 16:9 metro billboards to vertical 9:16 social formats—without having to recreate the motion or lighting from scratch.
Outcome
The launch successfully rolled out across Germany via Ströer’s nationwide DOOH network, dropping into major retail chains like Müller and Rossmann. By engineering the assets as a flexible layout system, we were able to deploy the campaign across digital billboards, e-commerce stores, and social feeds at the same time. The final result kept the look identical across every single screen, protecting the premium feel of the brand from high-traffic metro platforms straight to the point of sale.
